I have been a massage therapist and body work practitioner since 1987. In that time I have seen much physical healing occur and Ive witnessed clients undergo deep transformations on multiple levels. As a body worker I continue to explore the dynamics of what it is that gives rise to a persons well being. In my sessions I use a variety of methods. While I always choose the techniques which I think most appropriate for a particular condition or situation, I feel sure that the catalyst for most of the healing that occurs is the human touch. It is my sincerest belief that the most profound and lasting effects come when a safe and loving space is created for my clients. When I work with a client I open my heart to the person and hold a clear focus of health and healing for them- one which is intended to align with their greatest good. And so, while there is a specific goal or focus of intent and the best methods that I know are applied, there is still room for something greater to happen.
