Training
Only training programs accredited by Trager® International can lead to certification as a Trager® Practitioner. The Trager® International Practitioner Certification program consists of a combination of hands-on training, fieldwork, and supervised tutorials. This combination allows the time required for the individual to develop the skills, experience and understanding required for certification. The program provides for Practitioner Certification at 226 supervised hours and Senior Practitioner Certification at 500 supervised hours.
Official Licensing Bodies
Like most of the movement therapies, there is no state licensing for this area of practice. Practitioners are certified to practice the Trager® Approach. The official and only certifying body for The Trager® Approach is Trager® International. Additional information on the certification program is available at www.trager.com.
